Receiving her Business BA from Northeastern Illinois University, she has over a decade of experience working in development roles ranging from regional and national non-profit organizations to for-profit corporations. Having a lifelong passion for Independent News, she brings her skills to support work affecting the Midwest. She lives in Southwest Michigan with her husband, and enjoys gardening, grilling and pretending she knows how to fish.
